Site Assessment & Analysis
The first step in the design process is learning about your property.
Base Map
Think pattern to details. In other words, make big circles for big ideas. The details will fill in afterwards.
Goal Statement
If you haven’t done this mental exercise before, now is the time. Setting a goal for your design sets the framework for decisions that will be made in the future.
Final Design
